It means last Friday (May 4th) was a Good Friday with respect to IELTS!

i think last week 4th may ielts result came out... all those 1187 people eligible above 441 created their profiles after 4th May and before 9th May
but IELTS results come out every 2 weeks and they usually do not have a huge impact like this
People added in last 5 days will be even more than 1187, since that number 2313 includes people with CRS = 441, but almost none of them got ITA. The cut-off date moved forward by just 4 days!!
yes this is possible as not all of the folks with 441 may get an ITA if those 1187 guys have got higher than 441... i'm loving this numbers game!!
