There is a killing silent in the forum, don't know why. I hope there is a draw today. I'm expecting CRS 441 again today, otherwise, if there is no draw, this will lead unfortunately to CRS 443-444 next week.

Where can I learn more about the Canada's Process? Sadly after reading all the comments, I feel like giving up on this dream of mine since I could only make it to 411 Points. What other options do I have to raise my score?

What do you mean by Tie breaking rule? Is there any cutoff date to submit application? Like what if application was submitted yesterday?

Its the date & time that the last candidate to be issued an ITA in this draw created their EE profile. So there might have been a few candidates at 445 who would not have an ITA as their profile post dated the cut off point. As the cut off was 2nd October I guess it is pretty close to the 444/445 boundary.

Ok, thanks for letting me know that. I do not want to hijack this thread, but I had to decline my previous ITA due to some issues. Seems like I should wait until next draw. Score - 480
