You can call BIQ montreal for an absolute perfect answer, however, my belief is you will be in new rules, if no update beyond AOR
thank you very much,
if I may ask you another question please.
originally i don't get any extra points for my job, so what would change beside the language level?
or is it basically about french language?
thank you again.

Hello all!
I submitted my application in Montreal last July 8. How long does it usually take to receive the AOR and subsequently an interview schedule, if I currently belong to a high priority AOT?
Thank you in advance.

Hi
Thank you for all the information posted by all of you in this forum. I just came back from the interview in Istanbul and I also wanted to share my experience. I applied in Nov 2010 and passed the interview in August 2013. We got the CSQ Finally
questions the officer asks were:
- checking the passports of all family members
- checking the diplomas, certificates and transcripts
- then he asked about the job experience
- few cities in Quebec
- education system
- why you want to immigrate and why Quebec
- what you will do once you land
- all in French except work experience
- it last around 1h 30 mn
Now I want to understand what are the next steps and how much time is required to get the visa stamp if u don't mind. Thanx in advance

Just wanted to know - were there a lot of people from UAE for the interviews...and do you and your spouse both know french? my spouse doesn't know french at all, and I applied a few months ago before getting married...so now that I will add him (once I get AOR), he will not get points for french ofcourse....so how does it work in that case? I have advanced french but spouse nothing...

I am sorry, that this happened to you, this is a perfect example of the worst outcome of retroactive application of rules. Shattering people's dreams...
What I would suggest (since you lose 14 points by new rules), is to go for B2 in all four sections of the full TCF (which I think is still the easiest exam). That would give you 12 points. Though this means interview is needed for sure, you only need to get 2 out of 6 points for adaptability, and then you are in. As you are now back to normal processing from priority, I think you have at least a year to achieve B2. Even waiver is achieveble, if you also improve your english, and go for the full 6 points for english.

Mina still has points for area of training. Are you sure about this?

Hi to All,
I am writing again for not having confirmation on the level of 10+3 education in nursing that my spouse has. Many immigration consultancy here in my country has announced advertisement of PR under Quebec skilled category for nurses from 3 yrs certificate level nursing course up to master degree in nursing. My question here is
oes my spouse course fall on the category of DCS nursing? Answer to my query will be highly admired.
Look at this site, Appendix 3, if your country is there. (http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=fr&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=hu&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww2.publicationsduquebec.gouv.qc.ca%2FdynamicSearch%2Ftelecharge.php%3Ftype%3D7%26file%3DGPI-3-1.pdf&act=url)
