Now at a year next week since application marked by US international Priority Mail as delivered. By when should I start getting concerned that they never actually received it?

My application was delivered on November 16, 2020 (in Canada). Since then, nothing, silence ...

Mine was also delivered to the Sydney PO Box on Nov 16 2020. Glad to hear someone else is in the same boat!

You can find out by calling them. They can confirm if they received or not before issuing AOR. They will ask you some security questions to verify your identity.

No you can probably call them internationally. Can you report back to us pls?

Just looked at the check your status tool (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html) and was surprised to see that the applications being processed have suddenly jumped from late March to early May,

Unless it's a technical glitch, that's certainly encouraging!

My application changed to in process yesterday:

Citizenship

1. We received your application for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship) on August 4, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 15, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on November 17, 2021.

Application received on July 31 2020 & AOR 6 July 2021. Nothing after that. Seems like processing speed increases. It's now May 24 to May 30. Hopefully something very soon.
