In ecas, it says, congratulations you've become a citizen on Nov.19

And in the tracker, it says, application status closed

Just looked at the check your status tool (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html) and was surprised to see that the applications being processed have suddenly jumped from late March to early May,

Unless it's a technical glitch, that's certainly encouraging!

Mine was also delivered to the Sydney PO Box on Nov 16 2020. Glad to hear someone else is in the same boat!

I applied April 2021 and by the looks of things I won’t be getting AOR until May 2022

I today received My AOR by email Dec 4 2021 after application delivered Nov 19 2020.

So I just called IRCC and they said they're still opening envelopes from November 2020, so for people like me who applied in Jan 2021, we probably are looking at an AOR date of Feb 2022.

Here's our update for applying from the U.S. for proof of citizenship, 4½ months after AOR. The Citizenship Application Status now says "Decision Made" and the timeline is as follows:

1. We received your application for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship) on August 17, 2020.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 21, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on December 7, 2021.
