Most temporary measures under the CUEAT programme ended on March 31, 2024. Specifically, this policy expired on March 31, 2024 https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../public-policies/ukr-nationals-july-2023.html.

There are some exceptions for those who was approved on or after February 4, 2024, see https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...kraine-measures/ukraine-open-work-permit.html

All currently available measures are listed here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rvices/immigrate-canada/ukraine-measures.html. For example, "Your CUAET application was approved before February 4, 2024" -> "You arrived in Canada on or before March 31, 2024" -> you must apply through the regular process (under regular program requirements). So, no special measures in that case. You have to apply like everybody else under the regular process.

Did someone get their AOR for the case? We applied in January and still no news. They cant even find our case in the system but they can see paid application form

Thank you for sharing! makes me feel little bit less worried knowing that it's not only us stuck.
My mother's work permit is valid till June next year, hope to hear from immigration by that time.
I will share if we get some movement on our application.

Work permit for Ukrainian you can extend any time. They will extend until the end of the war.

My mother in law applied under this program on June 12, 2024 and still no AOR. My work colleague's mother in law applied in May 2024 and also no AOR. These applications are not being given the priority they deserve. It is shameful and disgraceful. There are no excuses that can justify this sort of delay. At this pace of processing, all the applicants under this program will be dead before any PR is granted. This is just another example of government failure under the Trudeau regime.

Be careful what you wish for. It will be worse if the Conservatives get in. They consistently cut back on immigration programs and frankly the CUAET program would have never happened under a Conservative administration.
