I applied under public policy to restore my study permit before the public policy expired.
The public policy has long expired. But my file has been stuck on "reviewing eligiblity" for many months.
My school held on to my funds.
Somehow the funds were seized by the sheriff due to a large loan I neglected to pay.
1.Does this mean I am no longer eligible for the public policy?
2.Being that IRCC has the LOA already. Will IRCC contact my school to see if the LOA has expired?
