How can we talk to an IRCC customer service agent? Every time when i call , they just say that they are too busy and can’t connect to an agent. What options from the menu should i select , please tell me the number you guys use to call and what options do you select? Thanks
I got it too but with today's date and nothing changed. No new info in the activity section as well! I wonder what it could mean? Or is it just a system update? Not really sure!
Don't worry. So far I've seen from previous threads that these updates don't matter that much after we get our FD. High probability of being a generic system update I suppose. Let's hope we get our eCoPRs soon enough!

Since morning, I've seen that most from October 9 - 25 are getting theirs. All from the CEC stream. At least a slight ray of hope that they are working on CEC stream today!
I called IRCC to update one minor spelling mistake in my spouse's place of birth in the tracker. Today I see there is a ghost update in tracker saying "We received your enquiry" but I don't see that spelling mistake corrected . Any one knows it will be corrected when they send copr because the agent told that they informed the processing office to correct it.
