Well that's the thing! I never called IRCC during my whole application process! Hence, I'm just curious if people received any sort of GU in their tracker before getting their eCoPR. The last update I got in my tracker was October 28 and on October 30 I got my P2. Maybe it's wishful thinking but just praying to the Almighty above I receive it soon if not today!
I got it too but with today's date and nothing changed. No new info in the activity section as well! I wonder what it could mean? Or is it just a system update? Not really sure!
Would emailing the Montreal IRCC help in getting the eCOPR? I dont see any pattern in the way they are issuing eCOPR. I think its just last in first out from their queue or something.

I got a bunch of ghost updates in tracker over last few weeks. I dont think it really means anything.
My P2 was Oct 30th and since then I've seen 6 GU in tracker, last one on Nov 22nd and no eCOPR yet.

How can we talk to an IRCC customer service agent? Every time when i call , they just say that they are too busy and can’t connect to an agent. What options from the menu should i select , please tell me the number you guys use to call and what options do you select? Thanks
