mine timeline is exactly the same.
p2 on oct 28th, waiting for eCOPR.
I don't think so anybody will get their PR Cards until the CP strike ends unless the Canadian Government start sending the official documents through UPS, FedEx etc. which is pretty much impossible., there are people stuck waiting for PR Cards, Passports and many who are waiting for their new Credit or Debit Card since the old one is expired, at the end of the day it's all about money and not about common people suffering for no reason.
Hopefully brother! IRCC has become so random with issuing eCoPRs. See so many people with late November P2s get their eCoPRs!Should I expect it today? Mine p2 is also oct 25 but vo is etobicoke p1 was montreal
I think the inclusion of dependents might also be a reason for the delay. my Time Line-P1-Oct 3 and P2-Oct -25 ..with dependents ! CEC-EE,Inland
