I should be receiving my GCMS today (well it was due friday), also as MP told me (they were told by CIC) I should be contacted by CIC in 30 days from October 18.

So everything is due today, however I have no hope!.

Dated 2013-11-10 (Which is sunday, how come?)
Medical: Passed
Eligible: Passed
Crime: In Process
Security: Not Started

Due date: 2013-10-18 (still with the same officer since july 2013)

Last update was my initial case reviewer updated/corrected my spouses mailing address...

My understanding is, I am going to file a new application. I am filling out IELTS applicaiton form tonight and going for CEC stream. That is enough.

@ Holygun - Now it says 'In Progress' under Criminality. Earlier it was 'Not Started'. Is that right? Also, under location does it say 'PV2 Review'? Under notes, do they say something like file appears to be 'ready for final review'?

I know how it feels. However, applying for CEC won't help much if it's due to security clearance. I think there is some movement in your file. You should get over with this soon. Just hang in there.

There is no progress since, 2013-07-16 on my application. Everything is remaining stand still with no change. It used to be like that as well. The problem is security has not started on my file. Cause they have not passed my Criminality section, eventho it says NRT for the last 7 months. They basically don't.


It does not say PV2 review nor ready for final check. My GCMS is totally same as it was on September issue. Only difference is MP called them and asked about my file. That's it.

That's pretty weird. I don't think they have misplaced your file. I'm indeed clueless as to why they are not working on your file. It's bizarre. What about the 48 hours review thing? Do you any notes after that?
