Tracking PNP January 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Guys i have two questions
1) How can i check my application status. I am trying to view it by logging it but it says no record. Is this because i have received medical email just few moments before??
2) How would i know to which visa embassy CIO have forwarded my application?? There is no indication on the email. Is it always same as i request in the form??

Dear all. Updates regarding my application. PPR requested by the London office on 1st April 2014. COPR will be picked up next week from London office. Hope everyone else waiting will hear positively very shortly. Thank you all. Yeshiason

Being a while peeps! Got my PPR on 27th Jan.2014. Picked PRV up physically at Accra on 30th January 2014 to Land in Canada in May 2014. Pls, kindly update the sheets. thank you.

Did you submitted copy of your nominee certificate or you submitted the original (the one with the COPY stamped on it)?
