Anyone in the October group who sent passports out in October and still got no response? My passport delivered Oct 23rd? Still application in progress and my dependent passport has been stamped!

I emailed multiple times and it' the same generic reply: you application is finalized and documents will be returned soon and it' been almost 2 months with no update?

If you have been or know someone who have been in a similar situation please advise for the best next step?

You should call ircc .. at least they can tell you exact situation..
