There is no specific time I guess. Mine got activated at 3:30 PM EST. And from what I read, it can happen anytime, so keep checking! Good luck!

FYI
I have received 2 PPR e-mails with a gap of 1 week in between. When I inquired this with CPC-Ottawa, they advised me to ignore the latest, as these mails are system generated.

Is there anyone with the same scenario?

PPR- 26th Sep
PP received, Ottawa- 4th Oct
Application approved- 23rd Oct
Tracker activated- 24th Oct
PP received- 26th Oct.
Landing later whenever will feel comfortable...

Called IRCC to find out the status of my application and was told it has been approved and my COPR has already been sent to me. So I told the lady I want to book an appointment right away and she helped me with that.
She booked the appointment and said I will hear from IRCC between 2 to 6 weeks. She was really nice.

Here is my appointment timeline below:

Called IRCC - Oct 4
Received an appointment email - Oct 12
Appointment date @ Hamilton IRCC - Oct 26
Landed @ Hamilton IRCC - Oct 26

The whole process just took about 5 minutes. We were about 10 people booked for the same time, though I was the first to be attended to.

Is the COPR a permit? Does it give status for somebody without it in Canada? I mean, before the landing.

Yes, she booked it when I called and then told me that I will here back from them between 2-6 weeks.
