@CasL, My family and I completed our landing procedure at the IRCC Hamilton office today. The lady at the counter entered the Date of first entry, Date Last entered and the place of entry on the CoPR and had us sign it as well. There is no need for an amendment.

She asked me if I had verified everything and then I told her that the dates were blank. That is when she said that she would be entering that information. I confirmed with her that I did not have to go for amendment. The lady asked me about each of the dates, confirmed with what she had in the system and my passport, before entering it onto the COPR.
