Got an update earlier than I expected, didn’t get an email but checked my account and saw that my application status changed to approve. So far February processing seems to be moving at a faster pace.

no not as yet , I see the counter foil information updated on mycic account , but the Canada post tracker not yet activated ...fingers cross and hoping it will be sent today or early next weeks

i WAS HOPING TO GET IT BY THURSDAY NEXT WEEK SO I COULD DO MY LANDING THURSDAY MARCH 1, BOOKED A DAY OFF FROM WORK ALREADY LETS SEE

My application got approved yesterday too and I'm waiting for my passport's return tracker activation as well.

I think passport delivery might be delayed due to the bad weather conditions. Fingers crossed.

But sudbury and north bay is almost 400km away from ottawa. i don't see this is gonna affect canada post in Ottawa.

Not all regions might be affected but I'm in Vancouver & we are having a pretty good snowfall right now.

Hopefully, things get back to normal soon.

I received pasport demand today from CIC....my application status is not yet updated. I have a couple of questions though.

We are having indian passports and living in the USA, while our son is having a USA passport. Do we need to send all three passports to CPC ottawa or only form two of us and a not for our son, as the emails says US citizens need to send only the photocopy of the passport?

And what all documents we will be receiving back from CPC ottawa in addition to our passports?

I got an email that my xpresspost has been sent for delivery . You should be getting yours too , did you use Canada post ?
