looks like we have same time line ........I sent my passport on November 2nd and delivered November 3rd...status is still in progress...
Yes you can create new account for express entry and you dont need to withdraw any other application which is going side by side

yes I did....they told me it is too much rush now they can not give me any time line......I just have to sit and wait for tracking number to get activated
