Passports to CPC Ottawa- Oct 2017

Since it has been dispatched to Canada Post would you be able to get it by Friday. I'm wondering cz my approval date is same as yours and I don't have access to track my passport.

I was expecting to see my tracker activated today. But nothing yet. To answer your question, I'm not sure, but I am hoping to get it before Friday. I will update as soon as I have something.

My tracker has been activated. 6.41pm. Yay!

I am having the worst nightmare guys.

My all package was returned to me 10 days ago and I didn’t know. Anyway long story short, CIC sent me letter along with package saying that i did not submit the photo they requested. No kidding. I checked like hundred times when i sent my passport coz i didn’t wanna make a mistake. Sent it again today anyway.

Do you guys know how long it is going to be delayed? Guess it will be another 3 weeks...

Mine delivered on oct 25, approved on Nov 16, but return tracker hasn't activated. Called them today, they said my passport already in the return envelope in a mail room waiting to be mail, but yet still sitting there, god knows why.

My passports also delivered on Oct 25, Approved on Nov 16, but return tracker hasn't activated yet.

I call them again, they said mine is still waiting visa to be print. do not have an information when they will send it back to me.

You can try emailing them at cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca. Mention your application number in the subject line and your Surname and Given Name, Date of Birth, UCI and Category along with your query in the email. They may reply after 1-2 days.

just keep calling them, try call them early morning. they are less busy
