Return tracker was activated today, but application didn't change for approved status. Is it ok?

Checked via phone and my status changed to Approved, however no date attached when you call. Tracker not activated.... yet.

on the VFS website it mentions that Processed passport has been dispatched. However i dont have the tracking number.

After having the passport approved online, is it safe to give notice to your current company(My PR process depended on a LMIA)? or you can only do that after actually landing?

what is the importance of counterfoil number? and is it related to dispatching procedure?

just to be 100 percent secured do it after landing.

Wait until successful landing. You need to stay on your work permit valid until the moment of landing. The best timing to tell your company would be when you get a new SIN, which you eventually update your profile for HR.

Unless you have noted the tracking# on your enclosed Xpresspost envelope, you never know your tracking number.

Finally my husband got his PR status !!!
So happy, exactly 5 months since applying.
We went to the border yesterday and he got confirmed.

Guys - Does it matter if its CEC Inland, FSW-Outland in terms of when they process our passport for visa stamping? I see some of the CEC inlands passports are processed with delivery date of 12th Jan.
