Yes, I did, but I’m having issues finding a place to actually have it done. I had the same issue with the digital photos for eAPR but was able to edit them myself. Obviously can’t do that for a hard copy.
Print the instruction and bring it to the photographer. I mean a "real" photographer.
Well... even in Canada, I've seem a couple cases of trouble with those "unprofessional" photo place in... Walmart, Costco... you name it. That's the reason I always take my photo at the actual photo studio. It costs more, for me CAD20 each time. However, I never worried about my photo. He was updated for every small changes in those specs, not only immigration but also passport.
Thinking you spend almost two years plus a couple grands, and need only two or three photo shoots for the whole process, paying for 30 more dollars? worth it.
When you delivered your passport or passport copy, does it go straight into the hands of the immigration officer or is it stored in a mail room in a queue line?

It would be a mail room. Not exactly CPC-O, so it may vary. However, I've heard from an ex-officer worked in Vergreville, saying they have a mail room for all intake and outgoing mails/couriers. Also he told me that intake comes down to the officers as a bundle.
