Today I had a call with IRCC about supervisa application status of my father .As per the agent the Eligibility is in progress ,applied date is Apr 3rd.The visa office is CN-India.What's that .they said it’s a team in canada looking at applicants from India .Also said processing time is around 24 days .How do I contact this Visa office please
