Yes, they ask for Medical twice and PCC only once. My parents visiting Canada on super visa currently. Not sure when will be the PPR be requested. I hope there is a way to do virtual landing , no point changing the address now since they are here for only 2 months.

When did your parents send 2nd medical and PCC? My parents have been waiting after submitting the documents 2nd time in early May, 2022. They have been here in Canada since last year on visitor visa, we already got it extended once hoping to get DM2 soon.

My mother is also waiting for DM2 after doing her 2nd medical in April.

Second medical was requested in June 2021, but passed on 26 Jan 2022 (after 2 furtherances). In Feb 2022, 2nd PCCs and a few other documents were requested, which were all submitted by early May. Since then we have been waiting. No, didn't contact MP.

The case seems to have all information needed. The case officer needs to have a look at the file. Hope that will happen soon. All the best!

No, they don't. I think it's just online from home in Canada.

Get the address changed if they are going to be here for longer. If they don't have to go back then you can get an extension in their visa stay, and by that time you could expect the immigration landing.

Ask the medical assessment center have they forwarded your results, some time..

Before pp request they send a form asking about applicants location and which is nearest stamping post for them

In DM1 it shows my pr application is forwarded to London for further processing,I don’t understand is it UK London?though parents r never been to UK

They transfer the file where the work load is less. Call help line or ask your mp to call them and get info regarding where the file is. Most of the files are in London uk, but mine is in London Ontario, don't know if anyone else is there.
