What comes after pre arrival services letter?

Hello Everyone, I just check the ecas and it says decision made.. But there is nothing on mycic account and have received no email yet . Could anyone please suggest / guide what does it mean ?

If it is second decision made (DM2 for principal applicant) it is normal to appear only in ECAS.
If it is first DM (for sponsorship) there is a chance that it will remain as it is for long time.
Biometrics, medical and PCC requests come after DM1. @worlduser

Hello, does anyone in the group know how to report a VFS Global Office to IRCC?
They lost my mom's photo and requested a new one without any compensation for the time and taxi fare.
They didn't even apologize and was very rude to my sister when they call.
They even said "It's up to you if you don't send us the picture and will cause delay in the processing of VISA"
I want to report them for being unprofessional. I think IRCC should know how the 3rd party are treating their customers.

Yes, they ask for Medical twice and PCC only once. My parents visiting Canada on super visa currently. Not sure when will be the PPR be requested. I hope there is a way to do virtual landing , no point changing the address now since they are here for only 2 months.

When did your parents send 2nd medical and PCC? My parents have been waiting after submitting the documents 2nd time in early May, 2022. They have been here in Canada since last year on visitor visa, we already got it extended once hoping to get DM2 soon.

After DM1, most actions are required to be done by the principal applicant unless the sponsor is the representative.

In DM1 it shows my pr application is forwarded to London for further processing,I don’t understand is it UK London?though parents r never been to UK
