@laxsun please update, submitted pcc yesterday and received medical request today. What comes after medical? Not received pre arrival services letter yet.

Not every case gets pre-arrival service letter.
If you complete second medical and it gets passed, next step will be DM2.

Risk of creating confusion for ircc where to send copr, they need to get intimation in advance, so they act accordingly, otherwise your parents may be in canada and copr goes to home country.

Thanks, yes at least its moving, there was time when they even ignored gcms notes request twice in row.

They transfer the file where the work load is less. Call help line or ask your mp to call them and get info regarding where the file is. Most of the files are in London uk, but mine is in London Ontario, don't know if anyone else is there.

Hello all,

I just received the pre arrival and medical test letter. Application submitted in May2019, however I am still unable to link the application to the online account. Have filled out multiple web forms and always received the same generic reply about linking an application to online account.
Has anyone else have the same problem? Any help will be appreciated

Add yourself to the number of applicants and if your spouse is a co-sponsor add him/her as well. I had the same issue and had to add myself and my wife to the number of appliacants - then it worked.

Ask the medical assessment center have they forwarded your results, some time..

Yes they send confirmation e mail - submitted on 1st July

after 30 mins Portal email came, replied email and log in information came in 2 hours.
Medical was received on July 4th.

Waiting on passport to be returned from Accra.

I will post my timeline soon (waiting to receive the PP first). But I did get a call from London Ontario Office and that's how I knew it was there. They carried out a mini "interview" with me about my parents, after the "interview" the person (he) responded; I am satisfied with this and your answers (or something in those lines) and then I got a question so where do you want to send your PP to Accra or Niarobi? I chose Niarobi at first because I did not want anything to do with Accra but then he informed me they have to go in person so we changed to Accra. However, upon reading the instructions we don't have to go in person but we could not change it because our PPR was extremely specific to Accra and we were warned to use the office we agreed on.
I initially thought it was a scam (I still do) since I have never heard of such but indeed I got the PPR instructions 30mins after the "interview". I have been in disbelief ever since, so it's hard for me to talk about it till I get the PP in hand and see it is stamped (I don't want to put negativity in the air..lol)

Over 2 years and 10months with 0 communication and all of a sudden a call and boom you get PPR after.
