Have you applied for common law or spousal?

Please update us on this thread if there is any progress and I will do the same. On the tracker my BGC says “in process” and Eligibility and Medical “Not started”

Yes, my tracker looks exactly the same as yours.

We applied inland as a married couple. My son is also included as a dependent.

Can you please share the content which we need to add in the explanation letter?. I did my medical when I applied study permit.

Just explain that you submitted your PR and did the medical check already for when you applied for the study permit. Say that you attached the IME document and the IME# in the webform

No Lawyer. And it’s not moving that fast. Others who applied after me, got ahead. My background status is still pending.
