Applied on 24th October 2020 and received acknowledgement on 16 January 2021 and Background check completed on 9 march 2021. citizenship test completed on sep 7th 2021 and after that no movement. physical presence, prohibitions and language skills are still in process.
is it better to call cic? one of my friend applied 1 week earlier than me and he got his passport last month. weird

We are in the same boat, applied 8 October 2020 and test completed in august.
Since there no movement (Prohibition/language/ physical presence )

DM on 14th March
Oath taking update on 24th March, scheduled on 4th April.

Hi Onyile, first of all congratulations! I wanted to ask you before DM was your ECAS showing In Process the whole time? I had DM since August then 10 days ago it was back to in process and my new tracker had a ghost update with the date of 15 March.

Yes, My ECAS was showing in progress always until DM. If you had a ghost update since 15th March, it means your file is being worked on. I had a ghost update on 9th February and got the main update on 14th March. During this period I was asked to provide my copied of international passport and police clearance certificate.... Although i have no idea why it went from DM to in progress. Hopefully it comes out well. Good luck

I received today the Notice to Appear document with instructions!

Oath ceremony is via Zoom on April 2 so documents arrived just over 7 days before that. Almost 5 months after passing the test and 2 months after all statuses were completed.

it was normal during COVID-19, I also waited one year,,,, people from 2019 is still waiting,,,

I waited 18 months to get my test invitation after submitting my application. It's crazy if you think about it. When I applied I thought I would get my citizenship in 8 months, but then the unexpected happened when the pandemic hit and the lockdown was enforced. I hope IRCC can get out of the backlog that was created because of that, and things return to normal to future applicants, because the long wait is not easy to handle mentally.

I have exactly same timeline as you. Did my test on 5th July. DM on November 30, 2021. And still no oath. Tried webforms and emailing Mississauga office. Did you get DM?

Even my office is Mississauga. Completed my test Jan 2022, last ghost update to my application was on Feb 14th.
