Applied on 24th October 2020 and received acknowledgement on 16 January 2021 and Background check completed on 9 march 2021. citizenship test completed on sep 7th 2021 and after that no movement. physical presence, prohibitions and language skills are still in process.
is it better to call cic? one of my friend applied 1 week earlier than me and he got his passport last month. weird

Just final update for me, got my certificate in the mail yesterday, took exactly 3 weeks from ceremony till paper in hand. Next up is passport.

Hi everyone, it's me again who got the call from IRCC saying my boys' application are granted. Now the tracker has been updated. The status of prohibition and physical presence is complete. The other statuses are all in progress. My questions is that will the certificate ONLY be mailed out AFTER the overall status changes to complete or not necessarily? Please kindly advise. Thank you!

did you receive the call from IRCC or by email saying citizenship granted? I'm so confused as it looks like the status should be decision made if citizenship granted. Our overall status is still in process...

I just checked on my application and found a new msg saying I’ve been scheduled to do my citizenship test between 1/4 to 21/4.
I didn’t receive any email. The update was on 23/3. I still didn’t receive any email.
Is that normal?

IIRC, I didn't get the email until two days before the test window opened.

Try sending an email to the office that communicates with you. It seems to help.
