Yes few had this issue. So the site doesnt force us to take photos and allows to proceed to test without taking photo of candidate and ID?

Oh no! The site for sure prompts to click the picture of the ID and yourself before you can proceed to the test.

Anybody know why the app count on the 2020 worksheet (Percentage Comparison tab) is lower today than it was at the start of the month? For example Jan, Feb, Mar rows show app counts 156, 130, 136 respectively, all of which are lower today than what I noted on 1st July. Generally the app count goes up by a few as more people have their information added to the worksheet. Occasionally I have noticed the app count come down, but it's been small so I ignored it. This time it is sizable.

The sheet admin might have cleaned up some stale entries.
