Hah! After checking that, I also logged into ECAS. I had a fourth line added. I'm not sure whether that's normal or whether that's new. It changed from Decision Made on the PA side to saying Complete, as well. The fourth line says:
"<Insert Name Here> entered Canada at SARNIA BLUE WATER BRIDGE POE on March 5, 2017 and became a Permanent Resident"
Was about to come here to post this! It's not a big change, but enough to throw me off. I thought something major had happened (although I don't know what I was expecting) then was disappointed to see it's just aesthetic/wording changes haha.
The final decision status in my myCIC account just updated to "Your application was approved". I mailed them my PPR response letter on February 16, for reference. COPR still has yet to arrive, but it should be any day now.
Just an FYI, I called CIC and they advised my application has been approved (Yay!!) on Feb 6th but it can take up to 7 weeks for the email to come through which is strange as most people seem to be getting theirs before then but she told me to call back in a few weeks if we still haven't received it.

That really doesn't sound right to me. Not that there's anything you can do about it, but UK applicants were getting the PPR e-mails within 1-2 days after seeing DM and U.S. applicants started receiving them after about a week (and then some took longer).

Yeah I've been checking closely but was worried I had missed it so that's why I called. But she said to give it until the end of the month and if nothing to call back. I don't understand why others would be getting them so much quicker. I guess I'll just need to wait it out, tempted to call back but I don't think it would do much good, plus it took 3 days trying on my lunch break to get to speak to someone!
