We submitted photos fpr my husband and they were apparently bigger (after we came back from the photographer we didnt check size) so they rejected them. We went again and now he did them 3.0 it should be 3.1-3.6
Do u think they will refuse them again? Should i do them a third time?

may 8th is when I uploaded additional documents they asked for (Australian PC) and still no review. Got my notes and it showed security not started. What's the difference between criminality and security?

I have given up checking my emails everyday now. Lol so frustrating

What's the difference between criminality and security?

'Criminality': Has this person committed robbery/fraud/repeatedly dodged train tickets.
'Security': Do we suspect this person is connected to IRA/ISIS/The Daily Mail.
