Hi! Also with the Ottawa office... they asked for more info back in Feb, we uploaded the documents and they haven't been reviewed yet (apparently we're going to receive an email when they've been reviewed). Ordered the notes last week...

Do you have the contact details for the Ottawa office? Do they reply back fairly quick? I'm getting very anxious about my husbands application...I thought the Ottawa office was supposed to be quicker than the others.

Congratulations! DM is usually a good sign. I have seen that sometimes the PPR e-mails can come a couple days/weeks after DM. You should hear something very soon.

Don't forget to check your junk email folder as well, just in case.

My background check just changed from "Your application is in progress, the next step is to conduct a background check" into "not applicable" while the rest are still in progress. Does anyone know what is going on?

It means that your application is still in que and they have not started the BGC
