Passports from your family ??? Why ???
Good thing is that at least they are working on our files now
Does any one know any certified translation service for "Latin to English" translation in Montreal?

I had used docbase.ca. This one is in Ontario and i can vouch for their prompt and efficient service. Do drop them an email for estimates while you are searching for translation service in Montreal and keep it as backup.

No, in my case is because I live with my family in Quebec and all of them currently have Temporary Residency, for them to stay with me they also need a CSQ for each family member.

Thank you. If i do not find in Montreal, then i will definitely need to contact with them.
And, one thing, if i get a English translation from the university, is it be okay?
No one got CSQ today? disappointed at their efficiency...

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/document-requirements.html
In Québec and Canada
In order for translations to be recognized, they must be done by:
a translator who is a member of the translation department of the embassy or consulate of the country or territory that issued the original document (if applicable);
or
a translator who is a member of:
the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ);
the Association of Translators andInterpreters of Ontario (ATIO);
the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia (STIBC);
the Corporation of Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters of New Brunswick (CTINB).
Go to OTTIAQ website and see if you can find someone that does Latin to English/French translation in Montreal.
