I would not start celebrating. I googled and could not find any evidence that few CSQ holders are given priority treatment in Federal PR processing
Yes they do, I'm member of French forums, they do all the time,
It's written on their CSQ:
Code 130 - dossier visé par un traitement prioritaire

You just made my day. My CSQ mentions that my case is priority treatment and I am cap-exempt. My hopes are high now.
Thanks..
Nice, glad to hear that. You know, You're so lucky even if takes all the 13 months.
I'm a 13th June applicant, still waiting for the checklist, and it will take several months to process the documents. Let alone the federal stage.

As poisonapple mentioned , this indicates that CSQ was processed with priority and nothing to do with Federal PR process.
Lol I guess everyone who received their csq so far were priority cases

Did you get your CSQ ?
Hello all ,
I recently got a job offer from Quebec employer and I got the LMIA ( which says 2 years temp work permit ) and CAQ from the employer. Currently I have sent my passports for work visa stamping to newyork canadian consulate and will land in Quebec to join the employer as soon I get the visa stamped in my passport, possibly by Sept end.
Am I eligible to apply for CSQ ? or should I work in Quebec for 1 year at least and get French Level 1 test to apply for CSQ ?
