May 2024 - Citizenship Applications

Hi,
I have applied on May 1st (Family of 3), AOR received on May 7th for all applicants.
My tracker doesnt show any change in status (everything is in progress except citizenship test and ceremony which shows not started).
My wife's tracker shows Background verification complete on June 20th.
Is this normal to have one applicant's file is making progress and other's is still doesnt show any change.

Yes, it is perfectly normal as each applicant is treated separately and will progress independently. It is still early, but since your wife's BG completed 2 weeks back and yours is pending, you maybe requested for fingerprints shortly. Keep checking the tracker and emails regularly.

Pretty much everyone with the AOR after 15th May is still waiting, except few exceptions. You can expect to see some progress in the next 1-2 weeks.

Can you recheck your physical presence days? the physical presence days are calculated within the past 5 year eligibility period so the maximum can be approx 1826/1827 days.
