We're past medical, biometrics, AIP, and SA, but the tracker hasn't been updated in 2 months. Anyone have any insights into this? Is it worth submitting a webform request to update it?
I have seen other people’s application from January 2024 (inland) stuck in Background Check, no updates until now. They say this part is the longest since four government agencies are vetting for you.

We're past medical, biometrics, AIP, and SA, but the tracker hasn't been updated in 2 months. Anyone have any insights into this? Is it worth submitting a webform request to update it?
My tracker is also not been updated for the last 2 months. I received BIL and application transfer letter on GC account but PR portal not updated after getting these letters.
AIP is Approval In Principal--Principal applicant will receive this when their eligibility is finished and passed.
SA is Sponsor Approval--Sponsor will receive this when their eligibility is finished and passed.

Not sure it would do any good other than get the run around. I contacted them the other day and this is what they told me:
"Sorry to hear you're having issues. We'd recommend you try clearing your cache and refreshing the page https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=315&top=23 Using a desktop computer instead of a mobile device can also help. You could also try using a different browser or the Incognito mode in Chrome or a different internet connection, if possible. If still not resolved, we suggest waiting a bit and trying again later or at different times in the day. "
I already use a desktop, and have tried different browsers, still a no go. I had explained to them that this was not just a problem that I alone am facing, I told them there are quite a few of us dealing with this issue. Didn't go anywhere....so guess we're just stuck.

I had a letter that I can access pre arrival services and the a letter to say that I meet all the requirements of PR, tracker has not updated since May. Background check in progress, eligibility not started.
Anyone else? Why is tracker not being fixed if its a problem?

I guess because they are government, they think there is no problem with THEIR system, they put it all on us. Like my quote above....that was their suggestion. None of that works, and it wouldn't be MY issue, if everyone is having the same exact problem. SMH!
