Did you submit a web form the month before? I have similar updates but I can see from my GCMS notes that it took 1 month before they did anything with my web form submissions.

Hello, I just opened our tracker and last update was showing September 27. The only thing we are waiting for is for the Background Check to be done! Did you at all send them a Web Form? How come you have an update regarding an enquiry?
Same. They must have fixed something because like many, it wasn’t updating at all. Now the tracker is fully updated and GCKey isn’t. They need to have one single portal for everything. Lots of IT cleanup to do.

I have not sent any webforms, but I did called twice and the update is not even for the date I called. Hopefully something got updated. I am only waiting for the security check in background check to start.

Yeah, I noticed that. Yesterday it had a banner that said they were fixing a problem with the tracker. So presumably whatever they did caused an update on the accounts.
