Hi everyone,
So today my medical results changed from passed to not needed at this time??? How and why? Am very confused my medicals where to expirer november 15th and i did not even receive any email saying i have to redo medicals. Help please thank you

This happened to someone in the Mexico topic. We were mostly thinking that the status is a generic one even though not specific enough. It's generally saying that they don't need it at this time but they will ask you to redo it.

Again, that is not an answer from CIC itself but from us forumers trying to figure out what it means.

Hello,
In our case, Medical changed to Passed to Review in progress, the same day that change, they ask my husband to have his Medical examination done again...
That is only what happened to us, not saying they will ask you to have the Medicals again

No yet. They requested it Oct 20/16
Husband went for his second medical on Oct 28/16, they asked me to send proof of Medical via email, I did on Oct 29/16, Friday.
This morning the Medical on his account changed from Review in progress to Passed 8)
So they obviously reviewed the medical already
Background check is in progress since Oct 19/16...
So, I think he will get his PPR today ;D
I will let you guys know!
We are praying that they don't ask for anything else... it's been 9 months already

No PPR request yet & hoping not to have to redo medicals. Ours expire in January. By then it will make 10 months since we sent the app.

I will keep hoping for PPR for us all very soon.

Hi gyz,

I just got an e-mail from Singapore asked me to send Police clearance Certificate of UK and India as i was in London and India for about 4 yrs in each Country.I have submitted BD PCC with the application.
However, I already have the other two PCC from each country with me.

So my question here:

> Postal address of Singapore to send my PCC ?
> Should i include any additional paper to write my CASE Details (Sponsor & Sponsored person name, Case number, UCI etc.) or Can i just mention it on the envelop of my parcel ?
> How soon do they start processing after getting the required DOC they are asking for ?

Does the Background change when they actually just begin it .. or does it change mid way through.. at the end... cause its disheartening if it has not even been started at all yet.

Based on our case, it changed last week, and it seems to be near to the end of the process, the last 8 months of our process the background check showed always : Not started
