Is it possible that my BIL will be sent over mail? The tracker updated my application yesterday but there's no changes on it. Neither my medical exams were linked (webform sent Sep 24) or a BIL was sent... What should I expect next?

If you've linked your application to GC Key account, then you should get more timely updates. The tracker is not very reliable. I saw my Biometrics in progress (on the tracker) for a month before I got the BIL in gckey.

Exact same for me (different timeline though) but since we did biometrics for OWP at the end of August, dead silence.

Someone wrote about it earlier with more specific reasons. Shortly, it is higly not recommended to do.
