They did not ask anything yet because if they ask the new coresspondence letter will be in gckey
Let see what they ask. I already received new college letter of acceptance
Bank statement is fulfiling the requirement of living expenses 34000 aed.


Fees fully paid advance for one year

I guess if they have to ask for any document then it will be updated after a few days. Processing time is very fast these days. If nothing else, they would at least ask for a revised LOA.

Yes today at 12pm. Already recieved new offer letter. Question is course starting in jan 2023. And this is march. Visa office can hold for next 8 to 9 months or they will happily issue visa in march 2022 for Jan 2023 course? This is something new

Nothing new, they have issued visas several months before the course start date. You can only travel within 4 weeks of the course start date.

@aspirant256 today i seen one person in whatsapp group , her file reopened yesterday after settlement and she also waiting, but sadly she has been refused previously after settleemnt and did jr again and this went to hearing stage and judge granted JR. so after warvan, binu we have 3rd one who refused after settlment

I hope nobody gets refused after settlement now. Have they requested any documents from her after the file reopened yesterday? so you and her had applications reopened yesterday.

No, sadly jr took one and half year this time. Now we are 3 person with settlement and me her and shabbar. We all got in February and me and her file reopened yesterday

inshaAllah but its scary incase refusal because judicial review taking year and half especially after settlement refusal
