contradicting this line of yours. I have a person who went to Nepal only for marriage between his studies in 2nd year of study, and after coming back to Canada, he applied for SOWP, which was approved.

Doesn’t mean it happens to everyone and was previously much easier than it currently is. Also can be dependent on what degree and school person is attending.

IRCC is rejecting visas without even looking at the files.

All my wife's visas were refused without even being checked by any visa officer. All GCMS notes have just the same scripted rejection letter points, and no officer has written any comments on them. I have also shared multiple relationship photos of our past dating times, and even then, they rejected it. We both have been dating for 10 years before getting married.

How do you know visa officer has not looked at them? For efficiency reasons VOs have a list of common rejections reasons they can select. There are very obvious reasons for refusals based on your profile. Unclear if you qualify for PGWP and if so what length but TRV is very unlikely to get approved so would save your money filing JR.

I will get 3 years of PGWP once my course finishes as I study at DLI. Can you tell me why my wife could be rejected even after JR?

Studying at a DLI does not guarantee PGWP eligibility. A positive JR typically results in redetermination by another visa officer. It doesn’t mean she gets approved.

Not every DLI or program qualifies for PGWP. Look up the specific school and program. Also there are new rules for who qualifies for PGWP although you may have been grandfathered.
