Thanks for the info on how the email should look! Yeah I checked again, there is no new email from CIC after the submission. I checked the spam folder too. How long do you think I should wait before contacting CIC?

Hi all. Planning to start my citizenship application ASAP. I've been in Canada since 2012, got PR in 2015, and I've never left Canada, even for a vacation.
My problem is that I lost my home country passport, which also expired in 2021, and since that was still Covid, etc. I never applied for a new one.
I've seen that I will be asked for the original document, but since I don't have it (lost it during a move in 2023) do I say no to that question and then explain this in the comments, or do I say yes and then explain when they ask for it?

It says " Incorrect or Invalid Information submitted on the Use of Representative( IMM5476) form or the authority to Release Pwrsonal Information toa Designated Individual [IMM5475] form. If you can't create an account, it maybe because your client's application is not in our system yet."
UPDATE JAN 18,2025 : My application started tracking after 2 days. Meanwhile my husband still unable to create an account on the tracker app. It says" INCORRECT UCI OR APPLICATION NUMBER" eventhough it is correct. Probably its not in the system yet.

hi, I submitted mine last 05-Jan-2025. I receive my AOR 16th of January,2025. But I can't create an application tracker. how about you? Did you receive your AOR and can start tracking?
