type: online application
location: NL
Application: as a group
application submitted: 05-Jan-2025
AOR Received : 16-Jan-2025

problem: Me and my husband cannot create a tracker for our citizenship application. It says " Incorrect or Invalid Information submitted on the Use of Representative( IMM5476) form or the authority to Release Pwrsonal Information toa Designated Individual [IMM5475] form. If you can't create an account, it maybe because your client's application is not in our system yet."

anyone with same situation?
Did you submitted your application together as a group application?

When did you receive your AOR?

This morning. Application was submitted on January 4th.

They're asking for a police cert from my home country though which is weird because I haven't spent anywhere near 180 days there in the past 4 years combined, let alone within a single trip.

Honestly though, I think they do it because they know to get a police cert from my home country is very simple compared with most others. It's just an online application and the cert is then sent in the post. For that reason, IRCC tend to pick on us because we're kind of an easy target and that way they can also fulfil their spot check quotas.

Can you use the online tracker? Oh, I hope that everything will be okay. By the way ,How did you know that they are asking for the police cert from your home country? Did they sent you an email regarding this matter?

Finally got my AOR today as well. Do we come to know about the processing office now or only after we get the email for the test?

Try to use the online tracker, it will give some update on your application. But I can't create an account on the online tracker right now though. Somebody told me in the group it will take 3 days before you will be able to create one.

They emailed me asking for one straight after I received the AOR. I haven't tried the online tracker yet. I believe it normally takes a couple of days for that to be available so I'll try it after the weekend.

hi, I submitted mine last 05-Jan-2025. I receive my AOR 16th of January,2025. But I can't create an application tracker. how about you? Did you receive your AOR and can start tracking?

I haven't received AOR yet. However from what I know, you can create a tracker account after 48 hours of getting AOR. So you might want to try after 48 hours.
