How can we know the location of our application where it will process?

The test email address will have the abbreviation of the processing office.
Other ways is to call IRCC and apply for GCMS notes.

Did anyone else run into tracker issues?

Mine is the same UCI from when I did my PR in 2022, I tried resetting the password and the email they have listed for password reset is correct but no reset email password ever arrives to my inbox.

It’s been like this since Saturday

I did! I just went through this thread and saw someone also had this issue. Looks like my reset mail might be going to my rep from my PR application. I’ve reached out to them, crossing fingers they’ve received a mail!
