Isn't it a bit early to be worried about AOR if you only applied on New Year's Day?

According to this it seems I got AOR then. But still not able to register on tracker I just don't get verification code on my email for some reason.

Hello, I have submitted my citizenship application, and then I realized the tax year if we have filed our tax for 2024, I said yes, and we have not, I was thinking they said if we filed tax in 2024, which was for 2023, now I said yes, and I have not filed my taxes yet, please what do I need to do? I am awaiting AOR, and I can't edit the application again. Kindly help

Once you get AOR you can update the same via letter of explanation attached to a webform.

you can try https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/resCalcStartNew.do to calculate, you can add your date as protected person I guess.
It would be best to consult immigration lawyer.

I have submitted my online application on Jan 7th 2025, when I login to the account it says submitted. Do you where can I check if the application is delivered? Is it immediately delivered or after couple days?

I see most the online applications have date for application sent date and delivered date.

Once it's submitted it gets delivered to IRCC.

Submitted means delivered. You now need to wait for AOR email based on which you can create Tracker account for tracking your application.
