Holy..send them an e-mail urging them about this...I'd be sending them 10 e-mails a day until they respond. In my case I received my CoPR today and went right to Niagara Falls border. Waited an hour to be served. It was not as quick as people have mentioned here but it is done. Best of luck to you all and especially you Nana.

For reference:
PPR: October 4
Passport received: October 4 (sent them a follow up e-mail urging them to process me quick)
PR Approved and tracker activated: October 13 ( got a response from them to confirm my tracking number so they can find my xpresspost letter. later approved that day)
CoPR Received : October 18 in the morning (Slightly delayed due to Canada Post's processing error)
Landed: October 18 @ Niagara Falls Border at night

Is it ok to order notes again? I am also planning on requesting another batch (3rd request)

I assume 9 to 10 months is the max. waiting time in MVO. We are approaching 10 months this Nov. few days left. I think there is no problem for requesting notes again.

Good luck with your application! Worst case I'd try to appeal their decision if they rejected your application based on this.

I usually check it once a day.

I would have liked to have been able to hold myself and check like once a month or every two months but because this whole process is very important to me I check it daily like my e-mails. I'm sure i'm not the only one to do this but still I can't wait for this daily checking habit to be over. Checking e-mails is enough for me.

My husband went to have his exams already, and they expire on December 9 this year
But we just received an email asking him to go have the Medical exams again, they are not expired yet, do you think I should call CIC just in case they have forgot he had the exams already?

His health check up must be valid until the day he gets approved and LANDS in Canada. If the process takes longer than December 9 then his whole application expires and he has to re-apply all over again and pay the same fees. I'm guessing one possibility is they need more time to process his application that's why by doing another examination he can get a year extension.

Another possibility is maybe they changed their health check up requirements and need more information?

You can try to e-mail them but they may not answer you since he's within normal processing times (I assume). Personally I'd be getting ready to do another medical check up.
