Have you sent a Case Specific Enquiry to see why it's taking so long? Do you know if all September 2015 applicants received PPR?

Sending a case specific enquiry will only delay the process. There are still a couple of september applicants waiting for PPR.

So my wife received email asking to submit her passport. Since she is the leaving outside of Canada require to go vfsglobal. I'm a bit confused on the fee at vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Philippines/Service_and_Service_Charge.html. I remember paying everything unless this is additional fee that was not covered? Or I just have pay one mention under VFS GLOBAL SERVICE CHARGE SCHEDULE

Aug 1, 2016 and need to submit the passport along with other document mention on the email within 30 days upon receiving it.

VOH for my wife today. Mixed bag though, we had sent both my wife and daughters passports. They were returned together but our daughters envelope was empty with no passport returned. Now to try and figure out what happened to it. :-[ :-[
