Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

Hi Friends ,
I have applied passport renewal for my father at BLS Toronto :
Application Date: 28 Dec 2023
Police Verification: 26 Jan 2024 done and status says Print Initiated

But after that no updates . Any one is in same situation?

I dont know why, but it seems to be stuck at that stage for many.

For me as well . Stuck at same status from last 2 weeks.

Since Jan 17, its showing "print has been initiated". No status updates after that. What should I do?

They received my passport on December 7 and police verification has been done 3 weeks ago and right now it still shows print has been initiated. Status didn’t change for the past 2 weeks

Same here and I did it under Tatkal. I tried reaching out to CGI on Sampark but to no avail. I believe they ran out of Ink or Paper...Not Sure.

20-Jan -> Print Initiated
07-Feb -> Passport has been printed.
