Is it advisable to keep the funds in our bank joint account where I am the primary holder and my wife is the secondary holder?

or let the funds be kept in her individual account as she is the primary applicant in the PR process?

The point is my wife is going to be the primary applicant in the PR process with all the documents and records carrying pre-marriage name. Only in our joint account her name is with post-marriage name.will this be a problem?

I am currently in process of my degree evaluations from WES and need an advise so that I should get my degrees evaluated accordingly. If it does not impact on score than I want to get my UK qualification ( Master Degree ) evaluated only.

My wife and I attended the Information Session last June 13, the city director of Fredericton NB Mr. Ghanem is the one who assessed us. Fortunately we we're able to meet the required points, he kept our EOI form and he told us to submit the complete application within 45 days. We we're able to comply and submitted all the necessary requirements before the deadline. We were able to create EE profile and MyCiC account as well. We got a confirmation email from Population Growth Division last August 5 that they already received our application and we will just need to wait for further info until the initial assessment is complete.

I'm just wondering on our MyCiC account the ITA status says "No Invitation at this time". My question is that normal? Will that going to change if ever we will be nominated? Thanks for your reply.

Your summary of accounts is supposed to be from the bank, on letterhead and stamped. It's supposed to say how long you've had the account, etc.
If I were you, I'd go to the bank and get one now, and submit it in a CSE, just to be on the safe side.

That's normal and it will change once you receive a email saying "you have mail in your account" , you'll receive this mail when they nominate you, so you would need to open this email and accept the nomination so that you get nominated and then that status will change to probably nominated or something. i m yet to experience that. but logically that's how it should be,

MDM23 is right.
But note that sometimes the status doesn't change, but you still receive the 600 points. It's some sort of glitch, but it isn't a problem; as long as you get the 600 points, everything is fine.

What are the requirement to claim 50 points of Canadian Certificate of Qualification under EE for PEBC or Pharmacy students?

Can we get 50 points on basis of ECA through PEBC and after completing evaluation exam ?

Or Do we must complete and get PEBC License to claim 50 points?

Please let me know asap as one of my friend got stuck with this queary.

I'm pretty sure the Certificate of Qualification is referring only to trade certificates.

I have a question for sponsorship of partner/spouse after getting an ITA.
The thing is because my partner is not adding any points to my Express Entry application, I am considering applying as a single applicant which gives me more points, and then after I get the PR, I can sponsor my partner to come.
Can anyone tell me how the sponsorship works, and how long it takes, and fees etc?

Dear Friends, I am in very frustrating situation and asking for your guidance. My CRS score is 469 (it was 474 till august ). I have received ITA twice last year but could not submit documents because my wife's FBI pcc request got rejected due to "poor fingerprint" quality. We have tried another time recently and unfortunately the result remained same. It seems her finger has very weak ridges. In the meantime she managed to get Study permit from Canada using the state clearance instead of FBI.
She is in Canada now and recently tried for FBI pcc for 3rd time. However, this time she contacted an Ottawa based company named "Reliability Screening" (http://reliabilityscreening.ca/international/ ) and the company took her digital fingerprint. Within 24 hours she got soft copy her FBI PCC!!!!!!!! They took CAD 200 for the service.
Now my question is how it is possible to get result like this???? My wife is not even American citizen then how can a third party can process so fast? Is it a scam???????????????? Should I use it while submitting the doc with a LOE explaining how I get this or just submit it without saying anything? or do NOT use it at all??????
I am soooo confused! Please help. :'( :'( :'(
