Hi everyone,
Could any one tell us whats the true meaning of the first AOR? is it just saying that the candidate has sent all the necessary papers (regardless of the fact that those papers have the mandatory requirements?) or that the minimum requirements are met and they let the senior immigration officer decide whether we have a good app or no?
Like Personal details - passport details, address, DOB extra

Your CRS will drop on your 30th birthday.
Thanks Istari...Appreciate your prompt response.
I had created my EE profile in Aug 2016. I have doubt regarding my work experience. The details of my work experience is as below:
Jan2011 to Aug2011 in bank as front desk officer(bank clerk) NOC- not decided
Aug 2011 to May 2013 in same bank as branch sales manger. NOC- not decided.
May 2013 to till date in same bank as branch operations manager- NOC 0122.
While creating the profile in EE I have mentioned my experience as from Jan 2011 to till date in NOC 0122.
My doubts are:-
1. Whether I have made a mistake in updating my work experience?
2. Does it effect my case adversely although I am not getting or claiming extra points for the same as my work experience is already more than 3 years in my applicable NOC?
3. Should I make change in my profile?
Actually I am expecting ITA in next draw as my CRS is 475.

It is based on medicals date, you have to enter within one year of medicals. If you went through medicals on 28th Sep 2016 and you get visa in April 2017 then you have to enter before 28th Sep 2017

Is it not possible to reappear for medical and get some extension? Just a curious thought ;D

It is but there is no guarantee that the officer will let the applicant proceed. Unless and otherwise there is a very compelling reason (death of a family member/hospitalization etc) , this request might not be granted. So, I would not suggest you to consider this option if you do not have a concrete reason.

Yes, you need to update your profile. If you're only claiming points for your last job (which you are, because you've maxed out the points for work experience), you should list it as My 2013 to present, and remove the other work experience.
Once you receive ITA, put the other work experience in your Personal History section. This way, you won't have to provide proof of the earlier work experience.

Its a must to register with Job Bank. Once you will submit your EE profile, you will receive a PDF file which will contain a Job Bank Code, While registering for Job Bank you will be asked for that Code.
Without successful job bank registration your EE profile will not be activated.
Thanks!!
PDF that you mentioned with the job bank code was the missing piece for me.

Why would a Canadian employer hire a foreign worker as Store supervisor? It's not such kind of skill, I don't think LMIA would approved for this.
For current experience, you need employer letter with details like salary credits in bank and/or tax documents to prove it's not an arrangement but a real work experience.

For your past work experience, if CIC isn't completely satisfied with your reference letter, they will phone your old employer.
