Hello elders,
We have 3 Question specific to E-APR.
1. Do we need to UPLOAD diplomas, IT vendor certification in all education certificate section.
If you have them, it's best to upload them.
2. Can we give Credit Card details of our relatives who lives abroad to pay the FEES.
Yes. CIC doesn't care who pays the fee, as long as they get their money.
3. In the statutory question if we have mistakenly said ALL as NO in SINP , Can we correct and give LOE?
Thanks in advance.

Just upload the degree/diploma certificate, your mark sheet and the ECA. Other documents such as certificate courses/high scholl certificates and vendor certificates are superfluous. You need to upload documents only for the credentials you are claiming points for.

Answered by istari.

Could you please quote the exact question and your response to that?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
If a submit the eAPR with letter of explanations( I will have to provide them for my wife's PCC and medical), and IELTS score expire before I am able to submit the actual documents, will the eAPR will be deemed complete? Or, I need to give the IELTS again.
Also how is the usual validity of provincial nomination, and the expiry date of nomination is calculated- from the date nomination was given or from the date it was accepted?

I have done MBA from a Government Recognized university but it is not listed in WES approved universities list.
Will my MBA degree be accepted in Canadian immigration points or not.
Kindly advise.

The change of status happens differently for different applicants. Cannot be sure when it will change again - it depends on the officer working on your file. If you want to see a snapshot of the progress on your application, you can try ordering GCMS notes. Good luck!

Hi
I got PCC from UAE police through a friend. But there is some confusion. Pcc shows no criminality record found. And this pcc is required for country Pakistan.
Can this be a problem?
My own thinking is that CIC should be concerned about criminal record. But the name of country should not be an issue.
Wats ur opinion?

Hello Experts,
I have received my wife's ECA report today. Please see Equivalency and they have also mentioned below remark.
Could anyone please suggest if I can get any extra points for this and if yes, then under what stream I need to claim/enter ?
Canadian Equivalency: Five and one-half years of post-secondary study and training in homeopathic medicine
Remarks: The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.
Thanks in advance.

Remarks clearly say it's not comparable to Canadian education which means you can't get points for this specific education. You may get for other education.
New blog post just published on what to expect when you land as a permanent resident on the port of entry in Canada. http://www.leavingforcanada.com/landing-in-canada/
Hi Seniors,
Recently, I have calculated my CSR score roughly with CIC link and provided below details.
1. IELTS - 7.5
2. WES - M.Sc (Comp Sci)
3. IT Exp - 9+ yrs
4. Wife's IELTS - 6
5. WES - BBM (Accountancy)
6. No work experience in Canada.
NOC: 2171.
After giving above details, I got ~360 as score, which is very to very low score with current trend.
Could you kindly help if I'm missing something here or this is final score if proceed further. I'm from India.
Regards,
Satish
